Mr. Arun Khurana, a renowned social scientist and activist, has been working as the Founder Director of SRC since its inception. His educational qualifications include a post-graduation degree in “Political Science”, and double diplomas in “Mass Communication”, and “Software Technology and Systems Management”. Currently, he is also pursuing his doctoral degree on the theme of political impacts of government advertisements, in the subject area of mass communication, journalism and media management. He has many books and articles to his credit. At the same time. Mr. Khurana is highly motivational person and possesses most of the leadership qualities required for managing organization like SRC.
Mr. Khurana is also the Director of “Degree 360 Solutions Private Limited” and “Degree 360 Software Private Limited”. He is an expert in the field of skilled marketing and brand communication. Mr. Khurana has more than 20 years of industry experience in advertising, event management, electronic media, digital media and public relations (PR). His professional expertise is also remarkable in business planning; Profit and Loss (P&L) management; and business mapping and strategy. His inputs have been worth mentioning as far as preparation of marketing plans, budgeting, revenue generation, media buying, media engagements, crisis management and media tie-ups, are concerned. In the field of strategic planning and business operations, Mr. Khurana has been leading a position of strategic business vertical (SBV) head and has been responsible for the overall growth of his organizations; developing new business models and delivery concepts; designing SBV goals and ensuring delivery; managing the working capital of the profit center and maximizing profitability; communicating, liaising and negotiating with internal and external audiences; and facilitating the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. In addition, he has made it a point to ensure optimum utilization of resources and undertake continuous improvement measures; and to manage the organization and relevant teams such as marketing and sales, HR, administration and finance. In the area ofsales and marketing, Mr. Khurana has shown noticeable expertise to engage in feasibility analysis of new/existing services; in translating such understanding into portfolio expansion/ deletions; to arrive effectively at the revenue areas; to create an annual sales plan in tandem with leadership team; to ensure that the commercial aspects of all projects are drawn up in line with acceptable principles and in accordance with the annual business plan; and to review the projected P&L for all key projects. As far as the issue of client relationship management is concerned, Mr. Khurana has accomplished related tasks very effectively till date, such as, to regularly meet all clients, develop relationships within client organization and maintain client focus; to ensure the delivery and the post-delivery services upto the client’s expectations; to mitigate operational bottlenecks with key clients and facilitate anxiety free delivery; and to undertake the supervision of revenue generation activities with the support of sales team and channel partners. Mr. Khurana’s achievements also include feats like, managing entire north/east/ west India markets single handedly; starting operation from single centre in Delhi and expanding business to more than 10 cities of the country and establishing networks in the entire country in 9 years’ time; developing more than 250 clients single handedly; associating with all media houses across the country; and taking the companies’ turnover from zero to more than 30crores per annum.
Shri Rajani Ranjan Rashmi is a retired officer of the Indian Administrative Service and is known for his expertise in the field of environment and trade.
During 35 years of his public service, he has served the Central Government and the state government in various capacities, particularly in the fields of financial administration, environmental management and international trade. He has served as the Chief Secretary, Govt of Manipur. Before that, he functioned as Special Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, and Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. He was alsothe Adviser in India’s Mission to European Union in Brussels and was India’s key negotiator for many years in international climate change negotiations.
in 2008, he was awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration.
Mr Rashmi is a graduate in Economics from Patna University and holds a degree in MBA from the Free University (Vriet University) of Brussels. He is married and has two children.
CS Sutanu Sinha is the former Chief Executive of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He took over as the CHIEF EXECUTIVE of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) w.e.f. 1st January 2013.
Before assuming the office of Chief Executive of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) from 1st January, 2013, Mr. Sinha was heading the Academics & Professional Development Directorate of ICSI.
CS Sutanu Sinha is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London (UK). A Post Graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University, he stood First Class First in the Post Graduate Diploma in German Examination of Calcutta University.
He has over twenty seven years of professional experience in Company Secretarial and Corporate Functioning. He possesses a vast work experience in Corporate Planning, Finance, International Trade and other allied areas in the course of his previous assignments in MNC/PSUs. An avid reader and a corporate analyst, he has contributed several papers and articles on different aspects of Governance and Management and addressed at various Workshops, Seminars and Conferences, both in India and abroad. His areas of specialization include Corporate Governance, Sustainability, Banking and Enterprise Resource Planning. He is also Global Corporate Governance Forum (GCGF), IFC trained Trainer for Directors Development Programmes and Corporate Secretaries. He had contributed significantly in ICSI initiatives to promote corporate governance in India and overseas.
In 2013 he was awarded scholarship by Cambridge University for attending `The Prince of Wales – Business and Sustainability’ leadership programme. He addressed at India Symposiums 2013 and 2015 at Zurich on India issues. Mr. Sinha is Chairman of the Expert Committee on Corporate Governance & CSR of the Association of Business Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ABCCI). He was Member of the Independent Evaluation Committee of IBA, a Committee constituted as per Reserve Bank of India Framework. He is also a Permanent Invitee in the Post Graduate Board of Studies of Calcutta University, NND College and a Member on the Post Graduate Board of Studies, Department of Commerce, Tezpur University. He was also the member of the Board of Trustees of National Foundation of Corporate Governance (NFCG). On 17th October, 2011 he was appointed by the Government of India as Director in the Board of Canara Bank, for a term of three years and during his tenure was also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Bank. Fluent in many foreign languages, his hobby traverses from instrumental music, painting, photography to Documentary Film-making.

Mr. Aditya Singh
Mr. Aditya Singh had his post-graduate degree from the University of Gloucestershire, England, and graduation degree from the Delhi University, India. His schooling has been from the famous Mayo College, Ajmer, Rajasthan. His academic orientations are quite vivid. In addition, he had many years of successful media industry experience, especially in media buying and providing strategic and operational inputs in uniquely challenging situations. He has been able to develop interesting insights into the media industry, particularly in operationalizing clients’ media plan improvement and implementation of best practices. He expertise is also evident in superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex issues and motivating staffs to peak performance.

Ms. Bindu Bhalla
Ms. Bindu Bhalla had her M. A. Degree in Public Administration from the Punjab University and her B. A. Degree from the Meerut University. Her schooling was from St. Mary’s. She also completed her B. Ed. Degree from the Annamalai University. She possesses a variety of skill-sets and an equally varied corpus of work experience. Her expertise ranges from front-office operations to content designing; and from site management functions to sourcing/uploading of content. Her planning, communication and managerial skills are praise worthy as far as organizational and personal communication needs are concerned, mainly for problem-solving.
